Description:

Connells Survey & Valuation recognises the importance of developing the next generation of professional Surveyors. We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that offers structured training and support throughout your tenure with the company. We believe that technical training should be complemented with on-the-job experience, allowing trainees to shadow experienced Surveyors and participate in classroom sessions.

Our programme combines classroom learning, regular assessments, and practical experience, aiming to equip our Trainees with the skills for a long and successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

Minimum Requirements:

• An RICS-accredited surveying-related degree, graduate or postgraduate, including valuation and/or building surveying modules, with at least one year of property-related work experience.
• An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as in estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
• A minimum of 4 years of property-related work experience, such as at negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent experience in asset management, LPA, or property management involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters.
