The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing data architectures, with a strong understanding of database management, data modeling, and data governance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.

**Minimum Requirements:**
- Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data for diverse audiences
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and optimized data solutions supporting business goals
- Skills to evaluate existing data estates, diagnose issues, and propose solutions
- Collaboration skills to understand client data needs and advise on data management and architecture
- Proficiency in developing data models, flow diagrams, and dictionaries
- Experience overseeing data ingestion and integration from multiple sources
- Ability to conduct data quality assessments and implement governance practices
- Up-to-date knowledge of trends and technologies in data architecture
- Capability to provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Skills to identify and mitigate data risks throughout projects
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Excellent communication skills in your native language(s) and English
- Willingness to travel for project work

**Qualifications:**
- 3-8 years of experience as a Data Architect, with expertise in data architecture, database management, and data modeling
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, especially Agile
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake)
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, warehousing, ETL, and data integration
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark)
- Familiarity with data workflow solutions like Azure Data Factory, Apache NiFi, Airflow
- Knowledge of stream and batch processing tools like Kafka, Flink
- Understanding of log management and analytics tools like Splunk, Elastic Stack
