We’re hiring a full-time Program Manager, Energy Solutions for our Multifamily Housing Division.

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in administering solar and energy-efficient programs that contribute to our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, develop, and administer the fiscal, marketing, and programmatic components including complying with reporting requirements for the Solar for All, Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund Programs, and all future energy programs. Oversee all project management, construction, and grant administration functions.
  • Manage public outreach, technical assistance and informational sessions for property owners, managers, developers and the public. Oversee the performance of external contractors and consultants, including Request for Proposals, contracts and general management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external parties including Public Housing Authorities (PHA’s), NH Department of Energy (DOE), and NH Housing staff related to the deployment of all available and applicable sources of funding to maximize energy efficiency in new construction and existing residential buildings.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual program and project specific level financial and narrative reports as required by the Board of Directors, offices of State and Federal Government and other related parties.

For training purposes, the first six months of work will be in the office. Intermittent remote work available after that time.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Experience in project management, construction, energy conservation field experience with strong data management components.
  • Knowledge of clean energy technologies and measures.
  • Knowledge of federal grant reporting.
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret state and federal regulations.
  • Eight to nine years relevant work
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field .

Starting Pay: $63,400 - $79,200, dependent on relevant experience.
