The Role

We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and brand-obsessed Head of Partnerships and Influencer Marketing to own and scale Healf’s partner ecosystem—turning tastemakers into advocates and our audience into a movement. This is a unique opportunity to scale Healf’s influencer engine—crafting world-class campaigns, forging authentic partnerships, and driving real business results through the power of cultural connection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Scale a Creator Engine
  • Build and lead a system for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing a community of creators—from micro-influencers to cultural leaders.
  • Create scalable workflows, toolkits, and playbooks for campaign management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Champion Healf's Four Pillars (Eat, Move, Mind, Sleep) through creator-driven content that educates, inspires, and converts.
  • Own and Grow B2B Partnerships
  • Lead Healf’s B2B and brand partnership strategy—building collaborations with wellbeing businesses like Lululemon, Remedy Place, and others.
  • Design partnerships that bring mutual value and elevate our presence in culture.
  • Create partnership models that drive distribution, brand awareness, community building, and customer experience.
