Pay and hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your hours within your availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your available times closely match but are not exactly the advertised times, we still want to hear from you.
