What qualifications, skills, and experience do I need?

• Hold a current L2 or L3 CIMSPA qualification.
• Remain current and up-to-date with your qualification.
• Operate a safe class at all times.
• Have effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport and motivate.
• Adapt classes to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities, recognizing that every-BODY is different and unique.
• Be punctual, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and professional.
• Be creative in keeping classes fresh, fun, and energetic.
