Job Specification

• Manage installation teams and subcontractor teams, ensuring adherence to company values, including hiring, firing, appraisals, and training.
• Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and are installed according to manuals and recommendations.
• Allocate resources appropriately for each project.
• Ensure all installation documentation and forms are completed accurately.
• Review and approve timesheets and invoices with project managers.
• Coordinate with clients and management to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Review NCRs and NPS results to improve future projects.
• Maintain installation vans, tools, and PPE.
• Ensure teams adhere to safety protocols and documentation requirements.
