Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, making a positive difference in their lives.

- We offer full-time and part-time contracts.
- We offer a basic payment of up to £12.65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus sleep-ins.
- Paid annual leave.
- You will receive a monthly rota.
- This is a day-a-year job, including Christmas, New Year, and all holidays, but it's even more fun when you celebrate with the children!
- The shifts are flexible and include sleep-ins (which are essential). The hours vary depending on the home.
- You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations.
- No experience needed.

- Enrolled in a workplace pension scheme after three months of employment.
- Opportunities for progression: Support Worker – Team Leader – Deputy Manager.
- Overtime paid at x1.25.
- Fully paid 10-day induction course.
- Enhanced DBS, paid for by Cambian Group.
- Enrolment in NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People’s Workforce after successful completion of six-month probation.
