Job description

Composite Laminator

Crosby Composites is a leading carbon fibre manufacturer specializing in high-end, luxury automotive, and Formula 1 components. We are currently seeking experienced Laminators to join our team at the Brackley site. Our laminating team plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards and supporting production.

This is a day shift role, Monday to Friday, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We offer competitive pay rates, a company pension, 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  1. Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products.
  2. Verify information on drawings for accuracy.
  3. Check route card instructions for correctness.
  4. Assist in developing processes to improve quality and efficiency.
  5. Maintain all equipment properly.
  6. Ensure the department remains clean and organized.
  7. Pay close attention to detail.
  8. Possess Motorsport/Automotive experience.
  9. Be familiar with pre-preg autoclave processes.
  10. Have a good understanding of engineering drawings.
