We have a fantastic opening in our growing recruitment business for a Senior Recruitment Consultant F1/Motorsport/Automotive Engineering.

Location:

This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for clients across the UK, Europe, and North America, focusing on mid to senior-level roles, with results-driven, uncapped commission structure.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of successful permanent recruitment experience in automotive/engineering or technical, professional, commercial sectors
• Passion for F1/Motorsport/Automotive Engineering
• Sales and recruitment enthusiasm
• Strong sales focus and drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage recruitment cycles, and deliver fee generation

Responsibilities:

Client Side

• Source vacancies via internet, social media, conferences, and networking
• Negotiate terms and manage timelines to fill roles and generate revenue
• Engage existing clients and new decision-makers through calls and meetings
• Create job adverts for online posting
• Network to source new vacancies and secure appointments
• Identify vacancy leads through social media, industry awareness, and networking
• Conduct job briefings to convert leads into placements
• Attend client meetings and industry events to build relationships
• Maintain CRM database with client details

Candidate/Resourcing Side

• Source and select candidates using online platforms and calls
• Hunt for candidates directly over the phone
• Utilize job portals like LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
• Network with industry contacts to find suitable candidates
• Match candidates to vacancies based on skills
• Profile and interview candidates
• Arrange interviews and negotiate offers
• Maintain candidate and client records in the database
• Perform administrative duties related to recruitment processes

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. We offer a healthy work/life balance. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, a valid driver’s license, and passport without travel restrictions.

Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided to support your success as a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant.
