Role Outline

You will be a results-driven senior digital leader, aiming to enhance your clients’ digital maturity. Working across categories such as Roadside recovery, Financial Services, and FMCG beauty, you will be client-facing, sharing strategic digital expertise with clients and team members. Strong organization, attention to detail, ambition, and passion for client service are essential.

  • Maintain strong client relationships as the lead digital contact
  • Understand client categories, add value, and make impactful recommendations
  • Deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
  • Possess a solid understanding of both performance and brand-led digital strategies
  • Define digital media roles within campaigns and present recommendations confidently
  • Have high-level technical knowledge of all digital channels and discuss advancements confidently with clients
  • Coordinate specialist teams for integrated plans and communicate channel integration to clients
  • Apply best practice measurement and develop test-and-learn strategies
  • Introduce new trends and media opportunities to clients
  • Ensure smooth digital account management and contribute to team digital knowledge sharing
  • Engage in broader initiatives like cross-agency digital collaborations and new business pitches
