Key Responsibilities:
-Drive the specification, architecture, circuit design, verification, and production release of next-gen 5G RF ICs
-Develop innovative architectures and circuits that deliver industry-leading performance and first-silicon success
-Collaborate closely with system engineers, marketing, layout, and manufacturing teams across global locations
-Tackle complex SoC integration challenges and oversee high-quality layout implementation
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
-Solid experience in RFIC design with a proven track record of delivering CMOS RF transceivers to volume production
-Deep understanding of RF system analysis and ability to co-define specs with system/application engineers
-Hands-on design expertise in advanced CMOS nodes (16nm and below)
-Strong problem-solving skills and technical creativity
-Excellent grasp of RF SoC integration and layout supervision
-Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
-Highly organised with strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable Skills:
-Experience using Cadence Analog Design Environment
-Familiarity with EM simulation tools
-Solid understanding of RF requirements for cellular systems
-Proficiency in Matlab and/or Python for data analysis
