About Our Client

An SME manufacturing and production firm based in Doncaster. The team are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager from either a B2C or B2B background to lead the marketing function.

Job Description

The key responsibilities for the Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
  • Take ownership of marketing performance.
  • Implement the SEO strategy to increase web traffic.
  • Utilise the CRM system (Hubspot) to create engaging marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Effectively manage and interpret marketing data, and report to the senior leadership team.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners.
  • Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years proven work experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM is highly desirable.
  • SEO experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - ability to manage upwards and across stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
