Temp to Hire

Essential Duties & Principal Responsibilities

1. Verify proper job is run, comparing against job paperwork.
2. Load rolls with hoist onto the machine.
3. Pump ingredients back and forth from the mix tank to the machine’s tank as required.
4. Make necessary adjustments to machine to ensure quality product is being made.
5. Monitor and adjust to desired thickness using the measuring tool.
6. Recognize equipment malfunctions and accurately describe them to your supervisor.
7. Consistently achieve desired production rates.
8. Record scrap raw materials accurately.
9. Complete required paperwork accurately.
10. Perform required preventative maintenance (PM) procedures.
11. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the work areas.
12. Run both machines effectively and efficiently.
13. Perform other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to follow specific directions and processes without deviation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to lift and carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Education, Training & Experience
