Job Title: Yard Team Member

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week

Salary: Starting from £11.44 (Ages under 19: £9.14) with the potential to earn more through experience and qualifications such as Forklift, First Aid, and RAMA (AMTRA)

Key Responsibilities

A Yard Team Member plays a vital role beyond typical retail duties. Responsibilities include loading goods into customer vehicles, checking deliveries, serving customers at the tills, managing stock rotation, and maintaining the yard and compound layout. This role involves working in all weather conditions and requires physical effort, including manual handling and heavy lifting of up to 25kg.
