Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance, and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. With over 140 years of combined experience, we are problem solvers in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts provide a comprehensive solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities / What you'll be doing
  1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems.
  2. Read and interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.
  3. Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure safety compliance.
  4. Calibrate control systems for optimal performance.
  5. Maintain and troubleshoot control systems including PLCs, SCADA, DCS.
  6. Ensure instrumentation systems operate accurately and reliably.
  7. Install, calibrate, and maintain instruments used to measure variables such as pressure, flow, temperature, and level.
  8. Hold a Full UK Driving License.
  9. Possess electrical systems knowledge, with a strong understanding of wiring, motors, circuits, and distribution systems.
  10. Be proficient in calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting sensors, transmitters, and control valves.
  11. Have control systems knowledge.
