A leading company in the nuclear industry seeks an EC&I Technician for a 12-month contract at Hartlepool Power Station. The role involves crucial installation, commissioning, and maintenance responsibilities, adhering to safety and quality standards. Candidates must have a Level 3 Qualification and relevant experience, particularly in the nuclear sector.

Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Hartlepool Power Station, TS25 2BZ
Hours: 37 per week. Monday – Thursday, 9.25 hours per day (07:15 - 17:00)
Rate: Your requested hourly rate will be considered. (Umbrella or PAYE only)
Clearance Level: Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
Role description: To undertake installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities in accordance with training, best practice, and trade/legal standards.
Academic Requirements: Level 3 Qualification (e.g., Recognised Training Scheme or Apprenticeship) appropriate to the trade.
Experience requirements: Site installation/maintenance experience (preferred) in Nuclear Industry/Power Generation.
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
These duties are project-specific and in addition to those in company and project manuals and procedures. Familiarity with these documents and relevant legislation is essential.
