Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd is seeking an EC&I Engineer / Instrument Engineer to support a major industrial project in South Wales. The role focuses on construction engineering, installation planning, work pack development and project support, working alongside an Electrical Engineer to prepare information for the installation phase.

The position is predominantly office-based in Bridgend with local travel to stakeholders. Accommodation support may be considered for travelers from outside the area.

Qualifications

• Previous EC&I engineer or instrument engineer experience on industrial plants.
• Able to interpret P&IDs, instrument schedules and drawings.
• Experience producing installation scopes and work packs for construction.

Responsibilities

• Review P&IDs and instrumentation documentation.
• Review instrument schedules and cable schedules.
• Develop installation scopes and construction work packs.
• Produce engineering and construction information packs.
• Support installation planning and project meetings.
