Job summary

Hart Process Services Ltd is seeking an EC&I Engineering Manager to lead the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control discipline across the business, combining technical leadership with strategic commercial focus.

You will manage the EC&I department’s operations, develop talent, ensure project delivery, and contribute to client satisfaction and growth. In early stages, expect ~80% billable project work.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU design regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with project controls including scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead EC&I engineering team and act as technical lead on projects.
• Oversee project delivery and client engagement.
• Develop talent and manage fee-earning work initially 80% of time.
