EC&I Designer - Gas Projects

Location: Warrington

Responsibilities

• Supporting Lead and Senior Engineers in producing EC&I design within single or multi-discipline engineering projects for the Gas Transmission Major Project Programme.
• Projects range from Concept Design (BP135G) to Execution Design (T/PM/G/35).
• Projects are primarily for the UK gas transmission sector, especially for compressor station infrastructure.
• Assist in delivering EC&I designs within budget and schedule constraints.
• Ensure the quality of EC&I design outputs.
• Participate in internal and external design reviews as required.
• Depending on project size, may be the responsible EC&I designer for individual or multiple projects.
• Identify scope changes and report them to Lead or Senior Engineers, supporting change management processes.
• Drive quality in all engineering designs, including checking discipline design deliverables according to company procedures, depending on experience.
