Job description

Totum is working with a leading law firm to recruit an eBilling Manager for their London office. The firm offers a competitive salary, a great work culture, and a hybrid working arrangement—three days in the office and two days from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage e-billing to ensure invoices are sent accurately and on time via client platforms.

  • Lead and support a team of 10.

  • Track deadlines to meet client requirements and reduce risk.

  • Maintain consistent eBilling processes across EMEA and APAC.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes.

  • Oversee the setup of eBilling systems for key clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in eBilling at a senior level and some background in managing or supervising others—whether formally or as a team lead.
