Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR + SEN Allowance

A well-respected and inclusive secondary school in Yeovil is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced SENCo to lead their SEND provision from September. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone with vision, compassion, and a clear understanding of best practice in supporting students with additional needs.

Candidate profile:

  • QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it).

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

  • A deep belief in inclusive education and the value of diverse learners.
