Learning Support Assistant Role at Farnborough

Prospero Teaching is working with an excellent Alternative Provision in Farnborough. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with additional needs and behavioural difficulties.

This is a highly rewarding role. The school seeks individuals who are supportive, non-judgemental, patient, approachable, positive, and flexible. You must be able to communicate effectively with pupils in a manner that encourages and supports them, helping to build trusting relationships.
