This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA to play a key role providing a high standard of administrative and management support to the Operations Director at Emanuel School.
Your responsibilities will include managing correspondence, diary management, travel arrangements, and preparing agendas and minutes at meetings.
You will also be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to other senior staff, including the Lettings Manager, and line managing the Resources Officer and Reception staff.
The working hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm during term time and 9:30 am - 4:30 pm during school holidays, Monday to Friday. This is an all-year-round position, with occasional Saturday mornings and evenings.
Requirements include experience in senior PA support, committee minuting, proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and excellent communication skills. Fast, accurate typing, attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
