Description

We are Agility Resourcing, working on behalf of our client, seeking a Legal Cashier to join their Finance Team at their head office currently based in Blackburn. This is a full-time role working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The position will initially be based in Blackburn, with a later move to their Walton Summit office. Hybrid working flexibility is available.

Responsibilities
  1. Undertaking daily banking functions.
  2. Preparing online electronic bank transfers (CHAPS, BACS, and Faster Payments).
  3. Reconciling client and business accounts.
  4. Administering petty cash.
  5. Processing client and office accounting transactions.
  6. Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) rules.
  7. Managing the Month-End SRA Compliance Folder.
  8. Responding to internal and external accounts queries.

  5. Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to provide cover when needed.
  6. Experience as a Legal Cashier with knowledge of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
  7. Familiarity with case management systems, particularly Partner for Windows.
  8. Experience in identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
