Job Description:

Are you passionate about sports and delivering excellent customer service? Do you enjoy building positive relationships? As a Retail Customer Service Manager at Entain, you will be a vital part of our team, providing top-tier customer service and maintaining high standards in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a winning team that prioritizes doing right by our customers.

Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will serve customers and foster rapport to encourage repeat business.

Salary: £12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Promote safer gambling practices.
  • Take bets on various sports and events.
  • Process transactions, including cash handling.
  • Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
  • Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Work towards targets and goals.
  • Maintain shop standards.
  • Open or close the shop as required.

Working Patterns:

This role requires availability on Fridays from 5pm to 10pm, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 8am to 10pm, including bank holidays. You will work 2 days out of 3 weekly, with a typical rota of 10 hours, including long shifts and shorter evening shifts, varying weekly. As a key holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the shop. We ensure your rota is provided at least four weeks in advance to support work-life balance.

  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
