We are on the lookout for a driven Community Development Manager to join a leading B2B events company within two of their flagship portfolios. This is a chance to play a pivotal role in engaging senior-level decision-makers and growing attendance at two high-profile events and advance your career in the events industry.

What will this role include?

  • Leading targeted outreach campaigns to senior professionals and key decision-makers in market-leading companies within the target market
  • Developing and managing your own prospect list, driving engagement with tailored messaging and strategies.
  • Using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools to maximize attendee acquisition.
  • Analyzing engagement data to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, content, and data teams to ensure effective communication and high-quality event participation.
  • Maintaining a high level of organization and tracking all outreach, conversations, and registrations.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • A strong background in B2B outreach, sales, or community development – ideally within B2B events
  • Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data-driven prospecting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • A results-driven and self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a target-focused environment.
