Lead and Mentor: Chair and participate in Primary Inclusion Forums, guiding and mentoring mainstream teachers and support staff as part of schools graduated response.
Collaborate with Agencies: Work closely with educational psychologists, SEN coordinators, and other external agencies to support pupil progress.
Manage Resources: Secure and allocate resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning and manage a small team of support staff.
Promote Inclusion: Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, ensuring all pupils feel valued and supported.
