LaPlante Home Services is seeking experienced mechanical problem solvers to join our Scarborough, ME team as a full-time Heating, Gas, and Oil Lead Installer. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills while serving the community.

Depending on experience and qualifications, compensation ranges from $30.00 - $42.00/hour. We offer a tool allowance, paid drive time, a work vehicle, and a profit bonus, along with comprehensive benefits:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Journeyman or master license
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Valid state driver's license
• Strong communication skills

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

The typical work hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

As a Heating, Gas, and Oil Lead Installer, you will oversee equipment installation projects, ensuring smooth operations. You will lead small teams of one or two technicians, following installation guides and instructions, documenting each job thoroughly, maintaining an organized workspace, and adhering to all applicable codes. This hands-on leadership role is a great way to develop your skills and advance your career!
