Job description

About the Role:

  • Location: Rainham
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week
  • Salary: Up to £15.50 ph dependent on experience

Responsibilities:

  • You will be already be trained and familiar with CCTV drainage investigation equipment to enable accurate coding to the water industry standards.
  • Consideration will be given to semi skilled CCTV drainage equipment operatives.

Training:
You will receive 2-3 days training offsite from the CCTV Systems Group Manager and the team to go over the full position and become familiar with Lanes group working procedures and health & safety compliance. The training will consist of a detailed breakdown of the equipment and how to maintain equipment.

You will be shown how to use Excel to do site drawings that show the layouts of the drains so the team can easily identify where the defects or damages are within the drains.

Desirable Qualities:
We are looking for someone who has an interest in gaining a career in a field based role where you will be hands on in the operations.

  • CSCS Card Preferrable

You'll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public, and observe all health and safety procedures. Being flexible is essential, as some jobs may require early starts and/or weekend working.
