A leading pharmacy is seeking a Dispensary Assistant to support the Pharmacist in providing a comprehensive dispensing service. This permanent part-time role involves assembling Monitored Dosage Systems and supplying various pharmacy products. Candidates should possess GCSEs in Maths and English and relevant experience in a retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE in Maths and English required.
• Experience in a retail pharmacy environment preferred.
• NVQ Certificate in Pharmacy Service Skills is beneficial.

ROLE
You will assist the Pharmacist in delivering a comprehensive dispensing service to patients to meet their individual needs. You will be involved in the assembly of a range of Monitored Dosage Systems and the supply of a wide range of Pharmacy products.

Essential Criteria

• GCSE (or equivalent qualification) Maths and English – Grades A-C
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate numeracy and accuracy skills required for a retail pharmacy environment.
• Eligible to work in the UK ( Proof Requested).
• Previous experience in a similar role in a retail pharmacy environment.
• NVQ Certificate in Pharmacy Service Skills

Hours
Permanent 7 hours per week, Saturday 9.30am to 5.30pm
Previous unsuccessful applicants within the last 2 months need not apply.
