Based in the Southern North Sea, Operations & Maintenance Tech will be based on Leman Alpha. Reporting to the platform supervision team (Operations & Maintenance Supervisors), technicians are responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of installation plant and equipment. They are required to maximize and optimize production opportunities and achieve day-to-day production targets, while maintaining plant equipment, undertaking corrective and preventative maintenance tasks as required. This includes investigating anomalies, front-line problem solving, and reporting/rectifying issues to ensure operational windows are maintained. Ad-hoc visitors and vendors may also be directed by the Operations & Maintenance Tech.
Business Transition Notification: This position is part of the One Gas West asset organization. On 30th July 2024, Shell announced the sale of this asset to RockRose Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Viaro Energy. Upon completion, employment will transfer to a Viaro Energy company under TUPE regulations, estimated for autumn 2025. Further details will be shared during recruitment.
