Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent patient care on behalf of clients and healthcare professionals.
2. Educate patients, carers, or family members on self-administration of therapies, or administer therapies in accordance with protocols at patients' homes.
3. Participate in telephone, virtual, and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes.
4. Support seamless service delivery between hospital and home for patients and healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain high standards of service for all customers and patients.
6. Travel across regions as required.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

You should be a registered nurse passionate about delivering top-quality patient care.

• Registered Nurse on NMC register
• At least 5 years of post-registration experience
• Experience in administering IV therapies
