Job description

We are looking for someone with retail experience to help manage the day-to-day running of our recycling sites (Aston Clinton and High Wycombe). The Deputy Manager will work with the Site Manager to drive sales to support our care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with management, leadership, and retail expertise to help oversee all aspects of the reuse shop facilities, including the management of the local reuse team, department activities, and operational requirements to delight our customers.

You will be joining a day hospice with big aspirations to grow our care services in the local community, increasing the reach of our service provision and making a real difference to the lives of those we care for.

This is a full-time permanent role with varied working hours during winter and summer months: 32.5 hours in the winter period and 42.5 hours in the summer period. The working pattern is on a rota basis - 5 out of 7 days, paying £30,542 per annum.

You will receive 25 days of annual leave increasing with length of service, plus bank holidays. We also offer an employer contributory pension scheme.
