Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Downend
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic (depending on experience) + realistic OTE £38,000-£40,000 (uncapped)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-6:00pm; every other Saturday, 9:00am-4:00pm (with day off in lieu)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced property professional to join a well-established independent estate agency in Downend, renowned for over 150 years of service and a strong reputation across sales, lettings, and property management. This role suits someone with proven valuation and residential sales experience, offering a blend of hands-on valuing and leadership responsibilities-ideal for a candidate ready to step into a more strategic, senior position.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market appraisals and win new sales instructions

Actively seek and generate new business opportunities

Maintain high standards of customer service and office efficiency

Motivate and guide colleagues to achieve performance targets

Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations

Provide strategic input to support office growth and success


Candidate Requirements:

Proven track record in property valuations and sales

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to meet targets and drive performance

Confident, well-presented, and professional

Full UK driving licence

Excellent time management and organisation

Located within a 30-minute commute of the office


What's on Offer:

Basic salary of £28,000-£30,000 DOE

Uncapped OTE of £38,000-£40,000+

Use of own car with mileage allowance (company car may be considered)

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increases with length of service)
