The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious, experienced investment professional to join our client's expanding investment team. The successful candidate will source, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities in the UK, supporting the firm's mission to drive growth and create value in their portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating investment deals.
• Work with legal and financial advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Support portfolio companies in achieving growth objectives through strategic and operational guidance.
• Prepare board materials and participate in meetings as required.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competition, and potential sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or professional qualifications (e.g., ACA, CFA) are a plus.
• At least 4 years of professional experience, preferably in private equity or venture capital, with success in sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and valuation skills.
