We have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor with experience in construction-related health and safety to join a well-established safety equipment provider.

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for managing health and safety across a range of construction projects, ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations, and supporting project safety management.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Conducting annual reviews of clients' health and safety policies and management systems.
  2. Preparing and maintaining Pre-Construction Information (PCI).
  3. Producing tailored Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  4. Conducting COSHH assessments and carrying out site inspections and audits.
  5. Providing ongoing health and safety support to contractors and sub-contractors.
  6. Monitoring statutory compliance for large property-owning groups across the UK and Northern Ireland.

What we are looking for:

  1. Previously worked as a Health & Safety Advisor, Health & Safety Consultant, Health & Safety Coordinator, Construction Safety Officer, acted as a CDM Coordinator, CDM Advisor, CDM Adviser, CDM Consultant.
  2. Ability to draft PCI, CPP, RAMS, and COSHH assessments.
  3. Must have experience in construction-related health and safety.
  4. Membership with IOSH.
  5. Background in managing multiple projects and working within a team.
  6. Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations.
  7. Skilled in Microsoft applications.
  8. Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
