Technical Representative London & Southern England

JULABO is a workplace where you feel at home. We are seeking a results-driven technical sales representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out, engage, and support our products throughout London & Southern England.

What the role involves:
  • Understanding the technical requirements of customers' applications and matching them to our product portfolio.
  • Explaining complex technical features and benefits to (potential) customers.
  • Supporting customers with demonstrations and illustrations of similar installations.
  • Liaising with our distributors and service partners throughout the territory.
  • Attending conferences and exhibitions as required.
  • Observing and assessing markets and applications to provide feedback for marketing and product development.
  • Monitoring and reporting on market development and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensuring that sales objectives are met.
  • Updating customer communication and contact information, and reporting to management as required.
What we need:
  • Educated to degree level (ideally in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field) or with significant experience in the commercialization of laboratory equipment.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in at least one of our key market areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, self-motivated, and able to work remotely from the office.
  • Understanding of the sales process, from prospect to installation.
  • A team player.
