We are looking for FLT drivers to join our team in Rugby working on our PM shift from Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:30. We are paying a competitive rate of £13.65. What you’ll do on a typical day:

1. Operate Counterbalance FLT safely.
2. Pick and palletise goods.
3. Pallet wrap all goods once picked.
4. Operate equipment safely.
5. Load and unload vehicles safely.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Numeracy and literacy skills to complete work documentation.
• A current FLT license.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Experience working in a warehouse.
• Experience working as part of a team.
• Understanding of health and safety issues in a warehouse environment.
• Experience working to performance targets.
• Experience using scanners and other IT devices.
• Previous experience working on a shift arrangement.
• Flexibility to work overtime as required.
