Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities may vary but will mainly include:

  • Email marketing: Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimization for newsletters, product updates, and promotions.
  • Social media growth: Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence, experiment with content formats, and help launch our YouTube and Twitter channels.
  • Graphic design: Maintain visual identity across marketing channels, with support provided.
  • Website: Design, SEO, UX optimization, and launching new formats aligned with our brand.
  • Analytics: Measure and improve performance metrics across channels, working towards KPIs.
  • Paid advertising: Manage PPC campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to identify content and share updates with our audience.

What we expect from you

No specific prior experience is required as training is provided. You must have a UK work permit and a university degree or be working towards one. We seek candidates who:

  • Have a strong drive to excel;
  • Possess a high work ethic and sense of urgency;
  • Take ownership, are proactive, and follow through;
  • Are curious about people and enjoy building relationships;
  • Are excellent communicators, especially in writing and speaking;
