About the Job:

We are seeking a Housekeeping Porter for Jumeirah Carlton Tower. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, corridors, public, and back-of-house areas.
2. Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables.
3. Transporting linens between laundry and housekeeping areas.
4. Restocking supplies on housekeeping carts and storage areas.
5. Responding to guest requests promptly, delivering items like towels, pillows, or toiletries.
6. Maintaining and reporting on the condition of cleaning equipment.
7. Assisting with deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and window washing.
8. Adhering to health, safety, and security protocols and reporting hazards.
9. Handling lost and found items responsibly.
10. Collaborating with staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
