Senior Fund Operations and Settlements Executive

We are seeking an Investment Fund Operations and Settlements Executive to join a growing Investment Management business. The position offers a salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000. It is a permanent role based in London, with hybrid working arrangements.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role involves joining a expanding Fund Operations and Data team in a senior (non-management) capacity. Responsibilities include guiding and upskilling junior team members, handling corporate actions, reporting, and assisting with settlement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, preferably with VBA or Python, and experience in the buy side is essential.

Key requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in investment, fund operations, or middle office roles.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and macros.
