As a Sales Associate at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.

Your responsibilities

  • Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield.
  • Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees
  • Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents
  • Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges
  • Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool
