A Personal Assistant is required to support the Secretarial & Business Support department at a leading not-for-profit organisation based in Burgess Hill. This individual will provide essential administrative help, ensuring the smooth running of the department.

Description

  1. Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the department.
  2. Handle phone calls, emails, appointments and meetings professionally and efficiently.
  3. Manage and organise departmental documents, records and reports.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
  5. Assist in the planning and organisation of events and meetings.
  6. Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
  7. Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Profile

  1. A strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
