Locum Dentist

Remuneration: £450 per day (25 UDA Target), £18 per UDA for over achievement, £18 per UDA deducted for under achievement.

Description: Part-time or Full-time Locum Dentist required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a LARGE NEWLY REFURBISHED practice in the AFFLUENT TOWN of Daventry, Northamptonshire.

1. £450 per day (25 UDA Target), £18 per UDA for over achievement, £18 per UDA deducted for under achievement.
2. EXCELLENT PRIVATE EARNING POTENTIAL - AFFLUENT LOCATION.
3. 50% split on Private & Lab Bills.
4. 8 Associates and 3 Hygiene Therapists.
5. A dedicated Treatment Coordinator.
6. Hygienists & Therapist operating each day of the week who work out of a dedicated hygienist surgery and who work closely with the Dentists enabling dentists to focus more on their private earning opportunities.
7. Fully computerised surgeries - 6 Surgery practice equipped with the new Dentally Software & patient portal.
8. OPG Machine / CBCT Scanner, iTero Scanners, DSLR Cameras.
9. Digital x-rays & Rotary Endodontics with Apex Locators.
10. Access to treatments including composite bonding, implants, and Invisalign.
11. Dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers.
12. Mon-Thurs & Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm & Saturday but can consider less hours.
13. Continuing professional development with CPD support for permanent staff.
14. Further education/qualification funding and support for permanent staff.
15. Staff referral schemes, rewards up to £10,000.
16. On-site parking.
17. Available Immediately, 3-6 months. May be option to extend or switch to permanent.

Compliance requirements:

1. Full NHS Performer Number.
2. Local Area Team confirmation.
3. GDC certificate.
4. UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years.
5. Indemnity certificate.
6. Passport.
7. Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months).
8. Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees).
9. Degree certificate.
10. CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months.
11. IRMER.
12. PIN number.
