Men's & Ladies Senior Squads Lead Coach

CHC is a thriving and growing club with 10 senior teams and over 300 juniors. We have a committed group of sessional coaches, club coaches, assistants, and helpers for coaching our lower teams and juniors, which we are seeking to enhance with the recruitment of a Lead Coach, or Coaches, for our Men’s and Ladies first/second team squads.

The Role:

1. Ideally to be Lead Coach for the Men’s first/second team squad and the Ladies first/second team squad. However, coaching just one of these groups would be an option.
2. Work with the club coaches and team captains to develop their knowledge and skills and to develop a consistent playing style.
3. Commit to planning and running at least one coaching session per week for the M1/2 squad and the L1/2 squad and to attend on match days to Team Manage when possible.

Requirements:

1. Proven high-quality senior coach with a history of developing juniors and integrating them into adult teams.
2. Minimum ‘Level 2’/Lead Coach qualified – along with evidence of the relevant Safeguarding, First Aid, DBS, and Insurance.
3. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

Remuneration:

Competitive, linked to coaching qualifications, experience, and commitment.

Both the Men’s and Ladies first and second teams have the players, capability, and desire to gain promotion from their respective divisions, coming close in previous seasons. They require a talented coach to add that bit extra to enable them to achieve this aim.
