One of our companies is currently looking for a GTM AI Automations Engineer in Europe.
This role focuses on building intelligent, scalable systems that drive efficiency across go-to-market teams. As a GTM AI Automations Engineer, you will develop AI agents, automate internal workflows, and create technical resources that empower sales and customer success teams. You'll work at the intersection of product, data, and GTM operations, bringing deep technical skills and an experimental mindset to optimize performance. Accountabilities:
- Build AI-driven agents that automate GTM workflows and integrate insights across tools and systems
- Launch and manage experiments to identify and implement new ways to scale sales and customer success operations
- Develop internal enablement tooling to surface insights, improve user onboarding, and streamline team workflows
- Design and implement a scalable customer success infrastructure to help clients discover new use cases and self-serve
- Translate technical concepts into actionable tools and resources that align with internal team needs
- Continuously improve automation systems based on performance data, team feedback, and product evolution
Requirements- 3+ years of experience building technical systems or automation infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, and systems integration
- Strong understanding of GTM workflows and empathy for sales and customer success team operations
- Proven ability to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable, repeatable solutions
- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to iterate quickly and drive internal adoption
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with internal enablement strategies, tooling, and self-service models for enterprise clients
