Rate of Pay: £14.56 per hour

Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step in leadership? Do you want to be part of a close-knit team in a modern, purpose-built care setting? Priors Hall, part of the respected Anchor care group, is currently seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Nestled in the growing Priors Hall Park community in Corby, our home offers outstanding residential and dementia care in a contemporary environment. Your Role as Care Team Leader:
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care team and ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care. You’ll be a role model to others, leading by example and supporting colleagues to deliver care with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising care staff on shift to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Developing and maintaining detailed care plans and risk assessments
  • Administering medication in line with policies and resident care plans
  • Supporting, mentoring, and coaching team members to grow their skills and confidence
  • Working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure individual needs are met
  • Upholding the values and standards of Anchor and promoting a safe, supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential or dementia care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • A confident, compassionate approach with a focus on quality and safety
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
