Hours: Full-time, including some weekend work
Rate of Pay: £14.56 per hour

Priors Hall, part of the respected Anchor care group, is currently seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Nestled in the growing Priors Hall Park community in Corby, our home offers outstanding residential and dementia care in a contemporary environment. Priors Hall is surrounded by green spaces and a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere, creating a calm and caring backdrop for both residents and staff. Inside, the home is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with the comfort and well-being of our residents in mind.
Your Role as Care Team Leader:
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing the care team and ensuring consistently high standards of person-centred care. You’ll be a role model to others, leading by example and supporting colleagues to deliver care with compassion, dignity, and professionalism.
