A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Bramhall is offering an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This full-time apprenticeship role provides a fantastic pathway into education, offering hands-on classroom experience alongside structured training and support.
As an Apprentice SEN TA, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced staff to support students with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You’ll assist in the classroom, contribute to one-to-one and small group interventions, and help create a safe, supportive learning environment for all students.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll receive regular training and mentoring to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a confident, effective Teaching Assistant – with the potential to progress into permanent roles or further study in education or SEND.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
