• Responsibilities: Teaching French at Key Stages 3 and 4, including planning, marking, and delivering engaging lessons

About You: The ideal French Teacher will be:

• Qualification: A qualified French Teacher with QTS or equivalent
• Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver engaging French lessons tailored to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Curriculum Delivery: Teach French language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing at KS3 & KS4
• Assessment: Prepare, set, and mark assignments, tests, and exams to monitor student progress
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Differentiation: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
• Student Support: Provide guidance and feedback to help students improve language skills
• Parental Communication: Regularly update parents on student progress and areas for improvement
• Professional Development: Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
• Collaboration: Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate language events and activities
• Cultural Awareness: Foster an appreciation for French culture and traditions within the curriculum
